Adam Bernstein is a television director, producer and supervising producer. He was born in Princeton, New Jersey on May 7th, 1960. In 1995 he married actress Jessica Hecht.

Adam's first credited television work was directing the "New Year's Pete" episode of the children's series The Adventures of Pete & Pete. In 1999 Adam directed the "Shades of Gray" episode of the NBC cop drama Homicide: Life on the Street. That same year, Adam worked on the "Dragon's Blood" episode of the short-lived FOX Network comedy series Action. The series was cancelled before the season completed it's initial broadcast and the episode went unaired. Adam was credited as Adam Berstein in the episode.
