Bill Henrickson is a fictional business owner and politician and the main character from the HBO drama series Big Love. Played by actor Bill Paxton, he appeared in all fifty-three episodes of the series.
William Orville Henrickson was born at the Juniper Creek Compound sometime in the mid-1950s and was raised as a fundamentalist Mormon. As an adult, he was the owner of a hardware store in Utah and practiced polygamy, marrying three wives and fathering eight children. His first wife was Barbara Dutton. His second wife was Nicolette "Nicki" Grant, and his third wife was Margene Heffman. With Barbara, Bill had three children: Ben, Sarah and Teeny. With Nicki, he had two children: Wayne and Raymond, and was also stepfather to Nicki's first child from a previous marriage, Cara Lynn. With Margie, he had three children: Aaron, Lester and Nell.
