The great house at Collinwood in the strange and frightening world of Parallel Time. In this time, Barnabas Collins has discovered forces more evil than he has ever known. For almost a week, Maggie Collins, the Mistress of Collinwood, has been held captive an in abandoned farmhouse by a man named John Yaeger. Most people have believed that Maggie simply went away, but Barnabas has been convinced that Maggie was abducted, and that she has been in terrible danger. On this night, he will learn how right he has been, when he meets John Yaeger for the first time.

Episode 1035 is an untitled episode of the daytime Gothic soap opera Dark Shadows. The episode was directed by Lela Swift and written by Gordon Russell. It was produced by Peter Miner and first aired on ABC on Friday, June 12th, 1970. This episode is part of the "1970 Parallel Time" storyline.

Synopsis Edit

In this episode, Barnabas Collins - trapped in Parallel Time - goes to the Wicks farm house to rescue Maggie Evans Collins from John Yaeger. John executes a non-fatal stab wound at Barnabas, who retaliates by strangling Yaeger to the point of death. He then brings Maggie back to Collinwood while discussing with Quentin about what to do with Yaeger's body. Meanwhile, Hoffman discovers that Barnabas is a vampire and plots to destroy him.
