Devon Miles is a fictional bureaucrat and one of the main characters in the Knight Rider television franchise. Played by actor Edward Mulhare, he was introduced in the pilot episode of the series, "Knight of the Phoenix (Part 1)" and appeared in eighty-five episodes of the series in total.
Overview[]
Devon Miles is an administrator for the Foundation for Law and Government (FLAG), as well as an executive for Knight Industries. As one of the leaders of FLAG, Devon overseas special interest cases involving people in need; particularly cases where the law can not adequately service their needs. In such instances, Devon coordinates the actions of Michael Knight, who is the driver of the specialized vehicle known as K.I.T.T. Devon works closely with K.I.T.T.'s technicians, Bonnie Barstow and April Curtis.
