Biography Edit

Truman Burrell was the governor of Louisiana in the 2010s. In the wake of this destruction, Governor Burrell openly initiated an executive order declaring that all vampire-owned businesses were to be shut down immediately. He also imposed a strict curfew, citing that vampires were not allowed to leave their homes after sundown. (TB: Who Are You, Really?)
